Lots Of Ghost Stories Take Place In A Cemetery!

For the hereafter, I doubt I’d be hanging out at the cemetery, but I haven’t departed as yet and have absolutely no idea where I might turn up.

Jane and Helen ventured to the local cemetery, curious to explore the resting place of those who came before. As they made their way, Helen’s gaze fixed on a particular grave, prompting Jane to follow suit. There, an old lady hunched over drew their attention. “Just an old lady,” Jane remarked dismissively. However, Helen persisted, urging Jane to observe the lady’s feet. Reluctantly, Jane shifted her focus, only to be gripped by a bone-chilling sensation. The old lady, instead of standing, floated in an otherworldly presence that defied explanation.

Helen and Jane’s encounter with the mysterious lady left them speechless. As they watched her vanish before their eyes, Jane couldn’t help but gasp in shock. The lady’s disfigured face, marked by scars and burns, sent a shiver down their spines. With one eye closed and a gapped-tooth smile, her appearance was hauntingly unforgettable.

Jane and Helen’s heart-pounding escape from the cemetery left them breathless, their fear palpable in the air. As they sprinted away, the weight of the old lady’s presence still lingering, they couldn’t help but feel a surge of exhilaration. Their shared moment of terror had forged an unbreakable bond, a connection that would forever unite them in the face of the unknown.

Feeling haunted by that eerie cemetery, Jane’s fear takes hold, even years later. The sight of an elderly woman triggers an unsettling wave, leaving her skeptical and cautious. Recent encounters have shattered her sense of security, making every graveyard a source of terror. Even her own grandmother’s presence feels tainted by suspicion, causing Jane’s world to unravel. The struggle to forget is futile, and the relationship with her grandmother is forever altered.

Are you ready for another Real Ghost Story? This one is about bored teenage girls hanging out one Saturday night and deciding to play “Bloody Mary,” Not something I did in my youth, but, of course, I heard stories about those who had and I was glad I missed that experience, but I digress.

Did You Ever Play That?

In Maggie’s Bedroom Her Closet Doors Are Mirrors So It’s Like Having Four Full Length Mirrors.

The room was cloaked in darkness as they sat on the edge of the bed, gazing at their reflections in the mirrors. With playful courage, they chanted “Bloody Mary” three times, but the anticipated thrill eluded them. Laughing it off, they flicked on the lights and continued with their evening.

Little did they know that a haunting experience awaited them when Maggie’s parents ventured out to visit friends. Sprawled on the floor, preparing for bed, the sound of footsteps echoed through the empty hallway, causing them to freeze in trepidation. Suddenly, the hall light blazed to life, followed by the forceful swing of the bathroom door and the cascade of water from the tap and shower. Acting swiftly, Lynn turned off the tumultuous faucets, bringing an eerie calm to the space. But then, the unyielding sound of fingers drumming on the bedroom door emerged from the hallway. Palms raised in defense, they pleaded innocence, but the haunting rhythm persisted. Driven by courage, Maggie sprang up, flung the door open, and the unsettling noise ceased instantly, only to be replaced by the explosive burst of closet doors swinging wide open.

Collectively, they turned to prayer, yearning for a halt to the disturbance. Miraculously, it ceased, leaving them in a state of cautious relief. Since that fateful night, Lynn and Maggie no longer actively seek supernatural encounters, instead praying fervently that such unsettling experiences evade them.

I always get freaked out by the aftermath with some hooded or creepy figure always follows you around — you see him out of the corner of your eye only briefly, but you have that uneasy sensation of being watched . . . And it was all because you and your friends were bored one evening and chanted some crazy name or phrase . . . Or played with a Ouija Board . . . Or would hang out at a cemetery . . . Or venture to that old abandoned haunted house on the outskirts of town  . . . Just thinking of that old spooky place sent a shiver down my spine . . .

Well, enough of that!

I do thank you for stopping by!

Until next time,

Sharon
