Linda and Diane became best friends in high school, forming a bond that lasted well beyond graduation. Linda always admired Diane’s impressive house, with its beautiful furniture and spacious rooms. However, something about the house made Linda uneasy, though she couldn’t quite pinpoint why. This feeling didn’t deter their friendship. In fact, Linda became like a member of Diane’s family over the years.
Strange occurrences in the house eventually came to light during a Christmas celebration. Diane’s sister and husband shared their experiences with a ghost, revealing that they had all felt a presence and even seen the apparition.
Diane recounted a particularly unsettling incident when she felt someone get into bed with her and put their arm over her, even though she couldn’t see anyone there.
Another encounter involved Nancy, Diane’s sister, who woke up to find a hooded, black figure next to her bed. Startled, she ran to her parent’s room for safety. Nancy would later witness the figure again, this time during broad daylight. Terrified, she hurriedly shared her fright with her boyfriend and awaited her mother’s return home.
The ghost eventually made its way into Linda’s parent’s room, where her mother saw it and desperately screamed for her husband to wake up. Despite clawing at his face, he remained unresponsive until Linda’s mother switched on the light, causing the apparition to vanish.
Linda felt a mix of anger and betrayal upon learning that her friends had kept their ghostly experiences a secret. Diane, in particular, knew how afraid Linda felt the first day she visited the house but chose not to say anything. According to Diane, many people had experienced similar feelings while visiting the house, but she didn’t want to frighten anyone.
Eventually, the family moved out, leaving the house to their cousins, who didn’t take the ghost stories seriously. Nevertheless, Diane recalled that the family had been plagued by major turmoil since their move.

Chuck resides in California with his brother, and it was only recently that he started experiencing paranormal phenomena after two years of cohabitation. The initial occurrence transpired several months ago when an unexpected explosion shattered the light fixture on the ceiling while Chuck was seated at his desk. Fortunately, he narrowly avoided being directly beneath it. Concerned by this incident, Chuck’s brother contacted the light fixture installers, who assured him that both the wiring and the wattage of the bulb were perfectly fine.
A few weeks later, while in the kitchen, Chuck noticed the light above the dining room table swaying back and forth. He initially suspected a minor earthquake, but no other objects within the house moved or trembled, and he couldn’t sense any vibrations. Perplexed, he nonchalantly returned upstairs after informing his brother. Being intrigued by the supernatural, Chuck’s brother suggested attempting to communicate with the otherworldly by utilizing their cherished Ouija board, inherited from their great-grandmother. After waiting for forty minutes, nothing materialized, leading Chuck’s brother to conclude that it was a figment of his imagination.
More recently, during a late-night visit to the kitchen around 2:00 a.m., Chuck was astounded to find the refrigerator door wide open and milk spilled all over the floor. It was peculiar since his brother wasn’t even home and wouldn’t return until 10:00 a.m. that morning. These inexplicable events have left Chuck and his brother bewildered, questioning the source of these occurrences.
All kinds of crazy stuff happens. Is it paranormal? Time will tell.
